Sales Consultant

Compensation:

$94,500 – $104,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development
• Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
• Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives
• Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually

• Sales candidate must be personable, enthusiastic and be able to at the same time be aggressive while selling in the residential home
• Must be willing to go out in the field every day and build relationships
• Highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, outstanding communicator
• Deadline-focused, organized, and results-driven are integral to this position
• Familiar with putting together pricing and being able to guide clients through the design phase of their floor coating selection
• A 45-hour work week is required
• A good driving record is required
• Sales Consultants should meet the prospect within 2 -5 days after the appointment is set
• Sales Consultants should average 3 – 4 appointments per day
• The average appointment should be between 30 and 60 minutes
• Commission or salary plus Commission for the salesperson from the total sales price of Install
• Saturday appointments are possible

Qualifications:

• Good organization and time management skills
• Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
• 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
• High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
